Lauren Hudson is an Emmy Award-Winning Television News Reporter, Celebrity Interviewer, Two-Time Cancer Survivor, Author / Speaker / Trainer, and is known world-wide as " The Happiness Princess."

As a veteran Television News Reporter / Anchor / Host & Producer, Lauren has worked with ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, UPN, and E! Entertainment TV.  She has interviewed thousands of people from all walks of life (U.S. Presidents, Olympians, Autoworkers, Celebrities & More), and has covered a wide range of stories/  from breaking news, to the Red Carpet in Hollywood. Additionally, Lauren is a Two-Time Television News Executive and one of the first African-American TV News Directors in the U.S.  Award-winning Corporate Leadership Training videos produced include:  "Leadership and the One Minute Manager," (with Dr. Ken Blanchard - "A Passion for Excellence" (with Tom Peters - and, "Team Excellence," with Walter Cronkite.

Honors include an Emmy Award and 5 nominations; The Associated Press; Detroit Press Club; Michigan Association of  Broadcasters;  CINE Golden Eagle Award; ITVA award, and "Who's Who Among American Women."  She has also been named one of the "Most Influential African-American Women in Metropolitan Detroit;" Active in the Community, Lauren has served as National representative for the "Saks Fifth Avenue "Fashion Targets Breast Cancer" campaign; and, Sears / WNBA Breast Women's Health Hero.
